Individual

Individual therapy can help an individual to develop insight, change unwanted life-patterns and habits, and receive individualized support. Making the choice to dive into deep parts of the self and learn new ways of being is courageous and can offer deep relief and peace in your life. Sessions are 50 minutes and session cost is $210 per 50 minute session. I can provide a super-bill for any insurance carrier.


EMDR

EMDR is a trauma healing modality used to relieve the the lasting impact of complex trauma or a single traumatic event. When trauma occurs it can get “stuck” and create unwanted avoidance, fears, behaviors and physical symptoms. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) technique uses bi-lateral stimulation to help individuals to break free from their past and have freedom in their lives. Sessions are 1 1/2 hours and session cost is $240 per 90 minute session. I can provide a super-bill for any insurance carrier.

Parent/Loved-one Psycho-Education Sessions

Education sessions are available for parents or loved ones of an individual who struggles with an eating disorder. Join me for a brief slide show where I review helpful information and answer questions you may have about supporting your loved one. Sessions are 30 Minutes and session cost is $90 per 30 minute session

Peer Consultation Sessions

After two years working in an in-patient facility with severe eating disorders and additional experience with out-patient care, I have come to realize that there are best practices when it comes to working with this population that is not always intuitive to an untrained clinician. This consultation option is for fellow professionals regarding how to best navigate conversations with an individual with an eating disorder. Consultation sessions are available for peers who are working with an individual who struggles with an eating disorder. Sessions are 50 Minutes and session cost is $210 per 50 minute session
